Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the electrical work for the Acme Corp Office tenant improvement. Scope includes, but is not limited to:
- Installation of new hanging pendant lighting
- Installation of ceiling fans
- Installation of recessed lighting in back rooms
- Replacement of existing wall-mounted light fixtures
- Installation of switches and lighting controls
- Installation of new receptacles throughout the space
- Electrical work associated with custom suspended heater mounting structure
- Installation of raceways, junction boxes, gutter box, wiring, and terminations for owner-furnished heaters and relays
- Rework and modifications to existing Panel A as required
- Final device and equipment terminations

Clarifications / Exclusions
- Heaters and relays are owner-furnished.
- Lighting package not included.
- Existing kitchen receptacles are excluded from this proposal and assumed to remain untouched.
- Any additional kitchen electrical work, troubleshooting, relocation, or rewiring shall be considered additional work.
- Structural reinforcement or engineering is not included.
- Pricing is based on currently available information and field conditions.
